Terms of Service

Station license

Each AirDeck Pro station subscription licenses one independently operated station installation for the subscription term. Additional stations require additional station licenses.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting customer, station-manager, and remote-DJ credentials and for promptly removing access from people who no longer require it.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe unless otherwise stated at checkout. Renewal, cancellation, payment method, and invoice controls are available through the customer billing portal.

Acceptable use

AirDeck Pro may not be used to violate applicable laws, interfere with services, bypass license controls, or distribute software installers and license keys to unauthorized parties.

Support and availability

We work to provide reliable software and support, but broadcast operators remain responsible for local monitoring, emergency programming, backups, and compliance obligations.
